After speaking with the occupier upstairs, I contacted Napier’s out-of-hours number and was assisted by a lovely and very helpful member of your team. She quickly arranged for an emergency plumber to attend, and within half an hour, he was on site and identified the issue as a leak in the en suite toilet of the flat above.

The plumber was extremely helpful and efficient, and I was so relieved that the issue was identified quickly and steps will be taken to fix it. I was genuinely impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of everyone involved.

 "I want to say how much I appreciate Ms House. She has just been to [Property Name] for a routine visit and I met her as one of the Directors of VCL. I was impressed with her obvious knowledge about our 2 blocks. We walked round the outside of the buildings where she was able to point out the cracks in the brickwork which she has been monitoring for some time. We have recently had a survey of the buildings and grounds and we hope to have a 10 year plan for future remedial work on our 50 year old building.
