I have worked in the local Property Management industry for over 20 years. Joining Napier Management Services in 2007. I really enjoyed building a business and with my amazing team of staff, have grown the business to 3 times its size from 2007.

Anne set up Napier management services in 1994 with Tony Ebel. I have really enjoyed working at Napier and I still come in twice a week to keep up with the staff.

As a qualified chartered accountant and having studied law, Tony brings a huge amount of experience and knowledge to the directors at Napier. Tony has worked in business all over the world and takes a real interest in freehold and leasehold and law.
