I wanted formally to put on record after 9 months how pleased Vectis Court Ltd has been with the excellent service provided by Napier Management Services. Everyone we come into contact with has been unfailingly helpful. Now that Peter Grayson has retired I am in the forefront of all things, so not only Niccy but also Melissa and her team have been working with me. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to all.

Established as our managing agents for over 18 years we have found them to be professional in their approach to all our requirements, in addition to dealing proficiently with leaseholder problems. They have proved to be very competent in organizing and administrating major works, in addition to leasehold legislation and financial matters. They also act as our company secretary, attend regular board meetings and the annual general meeting, providing the minutes for both.

Whist our Board of Directors are "hands on" and fully involved with the running of Grand Marine Court, comprising of 35 flats and being a mixture of owner occupied (some retired) and rented, Napier's in-house team have proved to be pleasant and efficient in responding to general queries from all our residents I would once again give my full recommendation to the services offered by Napier's Management Services Ltd.

As one of the Directors here at FLEMING COURT, North Baddesley, both Maureen and I would like to say thankyou to you and everybody at NAPIER’S for the excellent service you have given us since taking over from our previous management company,  who we had  great problems with. Nothing has been too much trouble for you and it has been lovely too be able to ring and speak to someone about something and it has been sorted straight-away. Both Maureen and I would recommend Napiers to any people thinking of changing management companies

I know this not an easy property to manage !

Your email has also answered very clearly , my other main question about fault reporting.It makes perfect sense to me.

We elected to have professionally qualified property specialists steer us through the mine field of legislation etc. so I get a little jittery when I see well intentioned neighbours tinkering around with electrics and balancing precariously on ladders ( on Estate matters) . With that answered , I’ll save you from a long winded telephone yakathon from me , thank you for the offer and your time .

Some fun facts….Only 7 flats have sold higher in the history of the building (All 3 & 4 Beds)

This sale will break the record for the price achieved by a two bed and along with one sold earlier this year, they will be the only flats to sell for over £300K since April 2009!

This is largely down to all the work you and your team have done over the past couple of years and I think this sale will set a precedent for future sales in the block. Our building is well and truly on it’s way to once again becoming the best building in Bournemouth, so thank you.

It’s just a shame that I had to grow up and sell up as I love this flat. Kind regards."
