From time to time we may operate CCTV/sound recording and/or use of photography to capture evidence of breach of tenancy, alleged anti-social behavior or crime.

Security of data is a major priority for us and we confirm that all data is stored in the UK. We hold information in IT systems which may be copied for testing, backup, archiving and disaster recovery purposes.

Napier Management Services Ltd operates a range of information and communication systems and technologies for efficient operation of the business. We will retain your personal data for a period of at least 7 years from the end of the relationship with Napier Management Services Ltd (usually when you sell or transfer your property or the management is transferred to another agent) to enable us to fulfil our record keeping obligations.

After this time, personal data will be placed beyond use or destroyed using professional Confidential Waste services, for which a Waste Transfer Note is retained.
