Covid 19 Tier 4 Update

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – changes from  4 January 2021

Firstly we hope our clients and contractors all remain safe and well, and we hope that 2021 is a more settled year for all of us.  In all our buildings, please continue to follow all government guidance

In order to protect the staff the offices remain closed to clients or contractors and have only minimal administrative team staff working on a rota for essential payments and correspondence and to ensure we are able to maintain our service

With the arrival of the new government guidance and all 3 of our offices going into Tier 4 from 26 December 2020, the vast majority of the staff are returning to working from home, therefore it remains better where possible for you to email your usual property manager, or and await a reply. If you make contact with us by email asking for a callback, please leave your contact telephone number and we will call you back.

If you need to call then the phones will be on the usual numbers between 11.00 am and 3.00 pm Mon – Fri. The staff that are not in the office will all still be working their usual hours so are available between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm to contact you, but we have only minimal staff physically in the office for their safety and to minimise contact with one another.

On rare occasions between 11.00 am and 3.00 pm the answerphone may be put on, however, messages are regularly checked and outside of those hours please use our Emergency Number 07775161714 which is manned 24/7. If you call and there is no reply, then it is probably because the few staff that are in the office are unable to answer the phone because they are on another call – please be patient if this happens, it may be better for you to email either your usual property manager and leave your number requesting a callback.

Only essential site visits will be arranged.  All Board Meetings and AGMs can be arranged using either our  Zoom Account or Skype and Telephone Conference numbers are available too.

If you are a contractor that needs a key, you must organise collection with the relevant office in advance so they can ensure it is available and they can arrange a collection time and handover with you.

As a result of the pandemic, many of our contractors have a backlog of work, some are unable to work because they need to self-isolate, or because they have family members that are vulnerable. Some have had to furlough staff, some have had to cease trading -  Please try to bear this in mind and manage your expectations accordingly – we do have a wonderful bank of contractors who have continued throughout and if you are reading this and you are one of our contractors – thank you, you have been amazing.
