NAPIER Management Services Ltd is delighted to announce their instruction to manage the prestigious Moriconium Quay in Poole.

They have been instructed by Moriconium Quay Management Company, who are a limited company responsible for the general maintenance and well being of this award winning and exclusive gated development on the waters edge in Poole’s picturesque natural harbour.

The development comprises 106 properties and 92 berths and gets it’s name from the Roman’s name for the Port of Poole in early settlers’ days and boasts some of the most breathtaking views on the south coast.

Started in 1992, the site has been developed in a total of eight phases to now provide a beautifully landscaped marina setting for 140,000 sq ft of prime real estate ranging from five bedroom houses to two bedroom apartments – all with sea views over the harbour from their balconies and/or patios. Each property also has private parking.

Napier were appointed to oversee the maintenance of the buildings, the grounds (which include private pontoons) and all the access-ways and entrance roads.
