New member of staff for Napier Management Services

NAPIER Management Services Ltd is delighted to welcome on board a new Property Manager to their team.

Katie Mack who joined earlier this year has a proven track record in block management and the processes required.  She’s well versed in all aspects of property management and has in-depth knowledge of specialist subjects such as scope of works negotiations with surveyors and contractors as well as being very familiar with the Section 20 major work consultation process.

Katie has been based in Bournemouth for many years, since coming down from Sheffield Hallam University, and much of her experience has been gleaned locally so she is familiar with the conurbation and has built up a steady reputation with local contractors and suppliers. 

She is a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers (MIRPM) and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner, demonstrating her prowess with managing projects to a speedy and effective conclusion.
